Gratitude, love and respect - these values form my life.

This is why I consciously weave them into my Yoga practice. By remembering our essence, we can carry our inner light into the world. That's the reason I'm here for.

With my work I want to give people the opportunity to get to know and love themselves better, this hopefully empowers them to be their true Self. Let's go on this journey together.

WHAT IS YOGA ABOUT TO YOU?

It is about self-love, serenity and balance.

When I was 16, I joined a power Yoga class. It was totally overwhelming, everyone around me was doing great and I had no idea. But I felt better after this session. When I started traveling at 23, I learned more about Yoga. As a counterbalance to Thai boxing, I did relaxation exercises - and it worked! I quickly began to develop a passion for it and wanted to know more. At first, I was interested in the athletic approach, but then I realized that it was actually about self-love, serenity and balance.

Everything is possible in Yoga.

When I see my students making progress, I am so happy for them. Sharing this passion brings me a lot of joy. Yoga connects, strengthens and shapes. I often notice how students walk more confidently and speak more relaxed after a while - as if Yoga would bring more ease into their life.

I learned from these great people:

  • Danny Paradiese, guest lecturer at the Thai Massage Circus in Laos. I was fascinated by his way of teaching. He radiated such peace!

  • In Sri Lanka, I got to know Rusty Davis, who taught Myofascia Release Yoga, where I also started my Yoga teacher training.

  • Back in Switzerland, I continued the teacher training with Bruno Dietziker. A very intensive and long-term process that was absolutely worth it.
